For both small and mid-sized companies as well as large corporations. At Prinex, we implement our software for your business so that it meets your particular needs. Implementing Prinex means putting an ERP into place in your Company. Such a step is an important strategic move.

IN COMPANY” TRAINING

Training is given at the client’s office, with no limit of attendees. The training is tailored to the particular needs of the client. Training content is established by mutual agreement with the client in order to guarantee making the most out of the course. The duration of these courses will vary depending on the needs of each client, but we generally recommend 8 days of training, broken up into four groups which partake in 2-day courses.

This method responds to those companies which require more personalized attention to be given to the content of the course and which plan to take on most of the implementation process themselves, without losing the option to hire support consulting services later on when the program is launched.

IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTING

This service is the most complete of all, as it integrates training and implementation consulting.

It focuses on launching the program as a full project which takes into account the necessary activities to make the most of the system with maximum guarantees, and in a reasonable time frame.

The nature of the implementation project entails a double method of consulting:

ONSITE

A Prinex advisor will go to the client’s offices. He will undertake several tasks:

  • Requirements.
  • Overall master plan for the implementation.
  • Train users, assign tasks to the userS.
  • Oversee the launch.
  • Any other Jobs which require contact with the client.

DISTANCE

The consultant carries out different tasks from our offices, on occasion through client’s Prinex installation.

  • They create an “Implementation Document”.
  • Set up the parameters of the system and models (seats, contracts, documents, etc).
  • In general, all those tasks which do not require direct interaction with the client.

The tasks described in both sections are merely a guideline and they do not affect the personal approach we provide for the implementation of each company.

The duration of the Implementation Consulting service can vary depending on the degree of customization required for the installation. However, our experience shows that the average time period is approximately 16 work days.

The distribution of onsite training to distance training is about 70%.
