  • Accounts receivable

This module administrates the payment obligations accepted by clients through any collection method.

It creates and monitors remittances of any kind, following the standards for issuance on a medium. One of the features included in this module is the management of tax accrued by deliveries to accounts. In addition to the management of collections originated by other modules (lets or sales), it enables the issuance and collection of invoices issued for other kinds of economic activity.

 

  • Management of invoices issued (issuance, cancellation, collection, etc.).
  • Management of remittances on collection, discounts, etc., with processes of partial or full payment.
  • Automatic accrual of the withholding tax (value added tax, Canary Islands indirect general tax, production, services and import tax), with issuance of invoices when due, and recording of accounting journals and entries.
  • Management of due payments: collection of due payments, defaults, renewals, bad debts owed and judicial complaints.
  • Mailings and issuance of receipts.
  • Queries and reports (general situation of the portfolio, balances according to due date, due payments in portfolio according to book account, anticipated tax accrual, history of a due payment, situation of discount lines, etc.).

  • Purchase Request

Manage purchase requests from the time they are registered until the time they are approved.

The module can also be used to monitor the amounts demanded compared with those budgeted, in order to detect deviations immediately.

It is possible to wait until the approved purchase request has been completely consumed to allocate invoices. This process will be carried out from the Accounts Payable module or through the invoices WorkFlow module.

This module is used to record invoices and other charge documents originating from suppliers and creditors, as well as payment commitments.

The system allows any type of document to be registered. The module contemplates the execution and issuance of payments through various instruments. In combination with the WorkFlow module, it is possible to define circuits of invoice approval and payment.

This module considers the treasury as a profit centre and provides book and treasury reconciliation, considering the treasury from three perspectives:

  • Accounting (extract),
  • Financial entity (N43)
  • Treasury (forecasts coming from the modules that create collections and payments, with varying degrees of certainty).

On the other hand, the system is ready to interact with multibanking connection systems on a connection unattended by EDITRAN, providing automation in the exchange of data between the bank and the company.

The electronic invoice issued through Prinex Real Estate will conform to the FACTURAE electronic invoice structured format. The new module will also enable invoices in PDF format to be signed electronically, using the advanced electronic signature based on a recognised certificate, thereby ensuring the document’s integrity and authenticity.
